Just one cup of kale has 3 grams of protein, 2.5 grams of fiber, vitamins A,C,K and B plus folate + an important omega-3 fatty acid, alpha-linolenic. The combination of the ingredients in this smoothie make it easy to Go Green!

  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup of almond milk
  • 1 scoop of protein powder
  • 6 almonds
